Mr. Santosh Lakshmi Kottu
A Christ University graduate and MBA from the United Kingdom, Santosh brings a global perspective and 10+ years of real estate expertise to Iconica. As Director across Iconica Constructions, GRPL, and multiple group entities, he leads the brand's next phase of growth with a people-first mindset and a clear ambition — to make Iconica one of India's most admired real estate names.

Gardencity Realty Private Limited (GRPL) incorporated in Bangalore.
2004–2014
2 million+ sq. ft. delivered across Bangalore’s residential and mixed-use segment.
Early 2010s
Strategic association with Cybercity Builders & Developers, Hyderabad, expanding South India reach.
2015
Iconica brand launched as GRPL’s premium real estate arm.
2016–2018
Iconica Grande, Vizag launched — 138 luxury villas across 17 acres. GRPL delivers 0.5 million sq. ft. in Vizag.
2018
Joint venture with Shriram Properties, Bangalore — ~2 million sq. ft. planned near Electronic City.
2020–2022
Iconica Capitol and The Crown by Iconica, launched in Visakhapatnam.
2022–2025
